Known to millions as Lord Sugar’s right-hand woman on The Apprentice, Baroness Brady is one of the most high profile and influential female business leaders in Britain. She has been voted Business Woman of the Year, Ultimate Entrepreneur and in the top 50 most inspirational women in the world. At the age of 23 she held the reigns at Birmingham City Football Club before leaving to join West Ham Utd. One of the UK’s most influential business women, Karren Brady has been highly regarded for her business acumen from a young age.

Having begun her career in sales and marketing with companies such as Saatchi and Saatchi and LBC, she went on to become Managing Director of Birmingham City Football Club while still only 23 years of age.

Having led the club out of administration and over-seeing its sale, she left to subsequently become Vice-Chairman of West Ham United, where she now holds the post of CEO and has earned herself the title ‘First Lady of Football’. Under her leadership, West Ham Utd has become one of the worlds five fastest growing brands in the football world. She also spearheaded the successful bid to move the club from Upton Park to the iconic 60,000 seat Olympic Stadium.

Besides her connections in football and along with numerous other roles, Karren has served as Senior Non-Executive Director of Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment and was appointed the Government’s Business Ambassador by the Prime Minister, a position she maintained from 2013-2016. She is also instantly recognised for her many appearances on Lord Sugar’s popular television programme, The Apprentice.

Karren’s honours and accolades include being voted as Business Woman of the Year, Ultimate Entrepreneur and among the 50 most inspirational people in the world.

Writing credits include a number of books among which Karren can list biographies and novels in addition to publications in; The Sun, The Guardian and Woman and Home Magazine.
