More

Tom began his career working under the guidance of such chefs as Stephen Bull and Gary Rhodes before joining Odette’s in Primrose Hill and running the Michelin starred restaurant Adlards  prior to deciding it was time to go it alone.

Now famed as the popular and loveable Chef Patron of The Hand and Flowers pub in Marlow, Tom Kerridge opened the establishment, which now boasts an extraordinary two Michelin Stars in 2005. Since then, Tom has opened a further two pubs, The Coach, also Michelin starred and The Butcher’s Trap, unique in that it is a butcher’s by day and a pub by night! Tom’s first London restaurant at the Corinthia Hotel - a British Brasserie style dining room, is due to be opened in 2018.

With a charismatic and warm personality, it is not surprising that Tom has fronted a number of his own TV shows, the first being Proper Pub Food. An overnight success it also spawned an accompanying book which became a best-seller. Other TV series followed including; Bake Off Crème De La Crème, The Food Detectives, The Best of British Takeaways and Food and Drink. Other appearances include; Market Kitchen, MasterChef the Professionals and numerous episodes of Saturday Kitchen on BBC1. With a highly competitive streak, Tom has taken part in BBC2’s Great British Menu, winning the main course twice, a feat not achieved by anyone else to date.

On the book front, aside from his best-selling cookery publications, Tom has written a number of books on diet to accompany his own weight loss journey. The second of these was published in January 2018 to coincide with the screening of his BBC2 series Lose, Weight For Good. He has also teamed up with The Great British Exchange to create a range of cookware and homeware.
