Nick is one of Britain's most versatile presenters whose popularity rocketed when he took to the small screen in DIY SOS. Other presenting credits include, DIY SOS The Big Build, Who Dares Wins, Last Choir Standing, Perfection, The Retreat with Nick Knowles, Break the Safe and Mind Over Marathon to name but a few. He has also made quite an impact on the reality show I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and is also in demand as a writer and director.

One of the UK’s most versatile and popular presenters, Nick’s television career began in London in the BBC’s Documentary Features Department before broadening his horizons spending two years in Australia working for WIN TV and Channel 4 News Room. He then moved to Phoenix, Arizona to work in news before returning to the UK to work for ITV in Kent followed by a spell as production editor and reporter for Meridian.

In 2003 Nick embarked on his first project for Comic Relief traveling to Nairobi while a year later, he reported for Sports Relief in Zambia. During his visits he has helped to build shelters and wells.

Determined to develop his presenting skills in a variety of genres, Nick fronted such shows as 5’s Company, Straight Up, The Great Escape, City Hospital, Find a Fortune and Holidaymaker before making his first appearance on the hit BBC series DIY SOS, a show he continues to host today along with DIY SOS The Big Build.

Other credits include; BBC New Year’s Eve coverage, saving Planet Earth, Real Rescues, Mission Africa, Original Features, The Forgotten Blitz, The National Lottery Show Who Dares Wins, Last Choir Standing, Perfection,To the Ends of the Earth, Wild About Your Garden, Wildest Dreams, Breakfast, The Retreat,  Close Calls:On Camera and Home Is Where the Art Is. He has also presented a week of live broadcasts from inside a prison. 

Now with over 25 years experience in presenting, Nick is always searching for new challenges and what greater challenge can there be than competing in the popular reality show, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! Nick featured on the show in 2018 ultimately being eliminated 6th. 

Diversely he has written and presented the series Historyonics, a comedy/history drama for BBC1 and has completed writing his first feature film along with director John Miller.

Nick is undoubtedly the ‘go-to’ presenter for all your hosting and presenting needs.
