Kyran Bracken enjoyed a ten-year career as a top rugby player during which time he won 170 caps for Saracens and 50 for England, playing a significant role in helping them to their famous World Cup win. He also toured with the British Lions and on occasions for the Barbarians despite frequently being plagued by injury. Following retirement from the pitch, Kyran has coached at Leicester, made appearances on reality television shows such as Dancing on Ice, which he won, become a director of the family business Hybrid Houses Ltd and is in much demand as an after dinner and conference speaker where he shares thoughts on his illustrious  careers to date and those who have influenced him most.

Having earned a rugby scholarship to Stoneyhurst School at the age of 13 and later achieving a successful career in law, Kyran Bracken went  on to  enjoy a ten-year career as a top level rugby player during which time he won 170 caps for Saracens and 50 for England, playing a significant role in helping them to their famous World Cup win. He also toured with the British Lions and on occasions for the Barbarians despite frequently being plagued by injury. 

Following retirement from the pitch, Kyran has coached at Leicester, made appearances on reality television shows such as Dancing on Ice, which he won, (including the Champion of Champion edition) toured with the Holiday on Ice Show, runs Kyran’s Ice Party, become a director of the family business Hybrid Houses Ltd and has been involved in a number of other business enterprises but it wasn’t until over a decade after his final rugby match that he finally came forward to talk about mental health issues.

Now, well documented, Kyran’s battle with OCD has evolved into a positive, insightful presentation alongside other after dinner and conference speaking topics where he discusses; Health and Well Being, Mental Health & Masculinity, Overcoming Adversity, Mindfulness and thoughts on his illustrious career and those who have influenced him the most.
