One of the most instantly recognized faces in broadcasting, Eamonn Holmes’ journalistic career spans over three decades. Multi award-winning, he is unquestionably one of the best-loved and most accomplished presenters in the UK today. 

Eamonn’s career began with Ulster Television at the age of 19 reporting on sport and farming. He became their youngest ever teatime anchor just two years later.

For years he was a familiar face to breakfast television audiences as presenter on Sky News, his early morning appearances having begun with the launch of GMTV.

Away from his dawn starts, Eamonn has presented a number of top-rated shows appealing to all ages across the board, including several with wife Ruth Langsford, most notably; ITV’s This Morning, How The Other Half Lives and Do The Right Thing.

Highly versatile, Eamonn has won the Television Radio Industry Club’s Award for Best Satellite and Digital TV Personality over four consecutive years and has received Honorary Doctorates from Queens University, Belfast University and Staffordshire University.
