Amir Khan is a British boxer from Bolton. He is the current Commonwealth, Lightweight Champion  WBO  Inter-Continental Lightweight Champion and WBA International Lightweight Champion. Amir turned professional following his success at the 2004 Olympic Games.

Amir Khan shot to fame in 2004 when he won a silver medal at the Olympic Games in Athens. He was just 17 years old. Amir went on to emerge as a leading light in the sport of British boxing. Among his career accolades to date he has held the WBA, WBA (Super) and IBF Light Welterweight titles, making him a two time World Champion. 

With a huge fan following both in the UK and America, Amir is also in great demand as an after dinner speaker. Despite his humble nature, Amir’s presentations are delivered in a charismatic and cheeky chappy style, are inspirational, motivational and thus appealing to a wide audience. He also excels as an event host. His popularity ensures he is always in demand as an ambassador for high profile clients.

Aside from his boxing career, Amir is a committed charity worker, helping to raise over a million pounds for the survivors of the Indian Ocean Tsunami and visiting victims in refugee camps following the Kashmir earthquake. He has also founded the Amir Khan Foundation helps disadvantaged children around the world
